- Step 1: Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
- Step 2: In a bowl, combine the ground beef with salt and pepper. Form into 4 equal patties.
- Step 3: Place patties on the hot skillet and smash them down with a spatula to create a crust. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on one side.
- Step 4: Flip the patties and top each with cheddar cheese. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to melt.
- Step 5: Toast the hamburger buns in a separate pan with 2 tablespoons of butter until golden brown.
- Step 6: In a small saucepan, melt the remaining butter over low heat and stir in the lobster meat until warmed through.
- Step 7: Assemble the burgers: place a cheesy beef patty on each bun, topped with a spoonful of buttery lobster.
- Step 8: Serve immediately and enjoy!
