  • 8 oz spaghetti the classic base for this dish
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb cooked chicken, shredded can use rotisserie chicken for a shortcut
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce adjust heat level to your liking
  • 1 cup heavy cream makes the sauce creamy and indulgent
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese who doesn’t love cheese?
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing adds wonderful flavor
  • 1 tsp garlic powder for aromatic flavor
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder complements the garlic beautifully
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions (for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Step 2: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the shredded chicken and buffalo sauce, stirring to combine. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until heated through.
  3. Step 3: In a separate saucepan, combine the heavy cream, cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring continuously until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
  4. Step 4: Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet with the buffalo chicken. Pour the cheesy ranch sauce over the top and toss until well combined.
  5. Step 5: Serve immediately, garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes

If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat with a splash of milk to keep it creamy.
