- Step 1: Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Step 2: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the shredded chicken and buffalo sauce, stirring to combine. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until heated through.
- Step 3: In a separate saucepan, combine the heavy cream, cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring continuously until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Step 4: Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet with the buffalo chicken. Pour the cheesy ranch sauce over the top and toss until well combined.
- Step 5: Serve immediately, garnished with chopped green onions.
Notes
If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat with a splash of milk to keep it creamy.
