Ingredients

For the Beef Bowties
  • 8 oz bowtie pasta
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 tbsp butter
Salt and pepper
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Equipment

  • Large Skillet
  • Large Pot

Method

  1. Step 1: Start by cooking the bowtie pasta according to the package instructions. Once done, drain it and set aside.
  2. Step 2: In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Then, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Step 3: Add the ground beef to the skillet. Cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to your liking.
  4. Step 4: Pour in the heavy cream and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until it melts and the sauce becomes smooth.
  5. Step 5: Add the cooked bowtie pasta to the skillet and toss everything together to coat the pasta in that luscious sauce.
  6. Step 6: Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley for a beautiful finish. Enjoy!

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. When reheating, add a splash of milk or cream to restore the sauce's creaminess.
