- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Step 2: In a mixing bowl, whisk together heavy cream, grated Parmesan, Caesar dressing, minced garlic, black pepper, and salt until smooth.
- Step 3: Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and drizzle olive oil over them, coating each piece lightly.
- Step 4: Pour the creamy Parmesan mixture evenly over the chicken breasts, coating each piece thoroughly.
- Step 5: Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and chicken is cooked through.
- Step 6: About 5 minutes before baking finishes, sprinkle croutons on top of the chicken to add a crunchy texture.
- Step 7: Remove from oven and serve hot, optionally paired with a green salad or roasted vegetables.
Notes
Swap heavy cream with half-and-half or coconut cream for a lighter or dairy-free option. Add spinach or sun-dried tomatoes for extra veggies. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
